De-clutter and Get Organized

Whether you are striving for efficiency, more aesthetically pleasing surroundings or mental and emotional calmness, we can help you to get organized mentally and physically.

De-cluttering and organizing is simply a matter of learning a new skill and understanding or becoming aware of how you actually use and interact with your space. Many of our actions and habits are mostly subconscious: how you shop, how you measure wants and needs, how you store items, how you decide on what stays and what goes. Until we take a good look at these habits, long lasting change is difficult to achieve.

Often clutter in the home can be a reflection of or cause of internal turmoil or unsettledness personally and within the family. Coaching and counseling are key here and would typically focus on attachment issues, emotional obstacles such as depression, lack of motivation, low self-worth and or self confidence to name a few. Getting to the root of these issues and seeing the connection to your space is often very liberating and can lift a weight from your shoulders that you have never really been able to pin point.

Unlike many other approaches that offer a step – by – step, systemized, and homogenized solution ours is uniquely purposefully focus on the individual needs of each client.

Finding the best processes and solutions to creating long term changes are reached through by way of a highly personal approach involving ‘getting to know’ each client – through verbal communication but also through observation. How you and your family function in your space and what specific outcomes you hope to achieve are very important to our process.

There is always the option of not getting personal as well if that is what you prefer! In this circumstance we would consult with you and bring in a team to quickly get the job done!

This process is for you if you want to look closely at and work through underlying personal obstacles that prevent you from sustaining a calm and clear space. One-on-one counseling, a helping hand throughout the entire process (one room or a whole household) and ongoing support via email and telephone will be provided.

Teach Me Please

Acquire the skills and knowledge you need to create an organized and de-cluttered space. Look closely at how you and your family use your space and how you can improve in efficiency and functionality. Gain practical skills and create systems that will help you to sustain changes long term. This service can include full, ongoing support or intermittent sessions with ‘homework’ depending on your budget and needs.

Our teachers and soul trainers will guide people of any age through the following group or individual practices:

Yoga

A group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices originating in ancient India stemming from a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals rooted in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.

We offer Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Fun and Interactive children’s programs, pre and post – natal Yoga, and much more depending on your individual needs.

Pranayama

Literally meaning, “to extend your life force”, is an incredibly rich practice made up of many breathing techniques that vary in complexity.

Engage in individual or small group sessions and gain clarity of mind and increased physical energy.

Qi-gong

“Life Energy Cultivation” is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing and meditation. Qi-gong is a martial art rooted in Chinese medicine and ancient philosophy that promotes good health and strengthens spirituality. It is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as “life energy”.

Practice this ancient art with one of our Qi Gong trainers at any location of your choice.

Guided meditation

Participants gather to meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained teacher. Sessions are introspective and can focus on any and all aspects of thought and emotion such as finding peace, managing stress, improving sleeping patterns, facing fears, accepting death and finding forgiveness.

Mentoring, Coaching and Counseling

This program is especially geared towards supporting children and teens that may be having difficulties adjusting emotionally and psychologically to home and or school life.

Family Mentoring

As parents we sometimes struggle with balancing our home and work life or with implementing effective and fair discipline in the home. Communication breakdown, emotional transitions or big life changes can create stress within the household and disrupt our daily routines including sleep, eating habits and general well being. Often, with a helping hand, balance can be restored without the struggle.

How can we help?
  • Act as a mediator between parents and children while helping to implement changes in discipline or responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing fun and interactive systems and schedules that will help with time management and organization
  • Work closely with the family to assess issues and work to uncover underlying issues that may be the cause of imbalance or misunderstanding within the home and between individuals

Coaching and Counseling

Our support is highly personalized and tailored to each individual’s specific needs.

One-to-One Coaching and Counseling
  • One off – one to one sessions in person, via telephone or SKYPE and ongoing support where requested
  • Long – term assistance involving face to face interaction in person or via SKYPE as well as ongoing email correspondence as part of the process.
  • Assistance with introspection, emotional release, recognition of personal goals, motivation to maintain forward movement, personal growth and actualization
  • Help with identifying and acquiring effective resources based on individual needs
  • Coaching and counseling with elements of talk therapy, art therapy and music and movement, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Domestic Helper Training

Often we don’t have the time to properly train our domestic helpers and show them the ropes of our western style households. If we had the time, we would probably just do the work ourselves! We can help!
