Frequency of Calls
2 per week maximum

Anonymity
Your identity can stay anonymous and no unsolicited contact via any medium when you are using the phone listening or coaching service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Confidentiality
All information shared will be held in the strictest of confidence unless the listener/coach has some indication that you might be in danger of hurting yourself or others. No calls or in person sessions will be recorded for any purpose and your contact /payment details will be shared with anyone for any purpose.
Scope of Communication
Your listener/coach will not tell you what to do or give you any solutions to any of your problems. They may suggest tools that you could try and they may sign post you to other services if you are in need of extended support that they cannot provide. They will support you and allow you the time and space to express yourself and gain clarity.
Cancellation
Phone listening service:
You will need to notify your listener by email at least one hour before your scheduled session if you are not able to attend. If you do not notify within this time period your session will be charged and not rescheduled. Your listener will be available and ready for your call 5 minutes before the scheduled time and if they cannot attend will inform you of any delays/cancelation via email. Your session will be rescheduled at no extra charge if your listener cancels the session for whatever reason.
In person coaching sessions:
You must notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule your in person meet up.
Any cancelation by your coach will be rescheduled free of charge and will be communicated with you by phone/Whatsapp
If you are more than 20 minutes late for an in person meet up your session will be forfeited (charged and not rescheduled) unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both parties.
