Our Connectivity Coaching program
is a collaborative learning conversation that includes:
Listening with Love phone sessions, Therapeutic Journalling and Connected Conversations: in person or virtual meet ups.
The role of your coach is not to tell you what to do, to diagnose, to judge or fix you. Your coach is there to support you, to listen, to ask probing questions that evoke your own thinking, and to inspire your own motivation and solutons.
The Connectivity Coaching program will help you to define your goals and figure out how best to achieve them by leveraging your strengths. It is a rewarding journey, alongside someone who will be your personal sounding board, hold you accountable and provide encouragement during tough times.

Booking from April
Listening With Love
A 100% phone based service that you can access from wherever you feel comfortable. You can even stay anonymous as all booking is done online.
Each call is 45 minutes. You can talk about whatever is on your mind in a quiet and safe space. During the calls your listener is there for you as an impartial and non-judgmental support system and confident.
Your listener is there as a reflection of you, helping you to find clarity and relief - to find the answers you have within you as only you can know the best decisions for you.
Therapeutic Journaling
Take a moment each day to put your thoughts and feelings into words - write and share via an email/journal log. Sharing your thoughts will help your coach gain insight and get to know your patterns and focus.
Your emails will be read but not replied to each day but will be printed. Notes and insights about any patterns or key thoughts you might want to consider further and can be used as discussion points in the next in person meet–up depending on the direction you want the meet up to take each time.
All emails will be deleted once printed.
Connected Conversations
Meeting face-to-face virtually or in person will provide the opportunity for deeper and more personalised support that might otherwise be limited during the phone based Listening with Love service.
This time to be connected paired with the Therapeutic Journalling can bring about profound opportunities for personal insight and growth.
The end goal is for you to find ease in life, to find quiet in the mind and peace in your body and soul.
